Bridal Elegance Video - $500.00
The only true “glamour shots” video for the bride.  The glamour of the Bridal Elegance video is a separate shoot in a beautiful outdoor location, normally done before the wedding and often shown during the reception.  Artistic creativity and cinematic techniques are combined to feature your beautiful dress, natural beauty, joy, and tenderness and may include live comments about the special man in your life.  May be done with the groom as well. Normally 3 - 5 minutes.

Same Day Edit – $2,500 (based on availability)
Really WOW your guests by showing highlights of your bridal preps and ceremony AT YOUR RECEPTION!  Your bridal preps and ceremony are edited onsite using music and your vows into a short piece that will really give your Reception that WOW factor.  This is especially thrilling for guests who are at the Reception but were unable to attend your Ceremony.  This Accessory is based on availability.
 
Next Week Edit - $500
We will edit your wedding into a 6-10 minute highlight to show within one week of your wedding.  Ideal for 2nd Receptions or showing at special events upon return from your Honeymoon.
 
Super 8mm Production – Starting at $1,500
Are you a bride who enjoys the current retro look of film for your wedding video?  Let us incorporate Super 8mm into your wedding day film to really spice up your video.
 
Extended Dance Segment - $295
Is your Reception going to be a WILD party?  Have you hired the most awesome DJ or band to perform at your Reception?  If so, then this Accessory will make an ideal addition to your wedding video.  Our standard package pricing is structured to include approximately 8 -10 minutes of “highlights” of the general dancing segment at your reception.  This segment will highlight more of the general dancing segment and features your DJ or band as well.
 
Trash the Dress –  Custom Quote
This is a new cutting-edge trend with many brides.  You may choose to use your own dress or purchase a “throw away” dress for this segment.  This shoot is done the day after the wedding normally with the bride and groom.  If you’re not afraid to have some real fun in your dress after the wedding, this Accessory is for you!   Call us for more information.

Rehearsal Dinner - $450
Capture the personal moments, antics, “out takes” and serious scenes surrounding this significant event.  Loving words of congratulations and toasts are preserved along with details of décor, tables and buffet.
           
Love Story -  Fees start at $400.00
Interviews with the bride and groom capture the love story and romance of how you met and fell in love.  Video and voice overlays  create a moving and tender documentary of your love story.  A wonderful family keepsake to pass on to children, grandchildren and future generations.   Combine your Love Story with a Photo Montage to complete your documentary.
  
Photo Montage - $350.00
Up to 60 “Growing Up” and “Courtship” photos scanned and edited to your choice of music.  Another one of our most popular Accessories, the Photo Montage is often paired with the Love Story and shown at the Rehearsal Dinner and/or the Reception. (Does not include projection services.)

Storyteller Narrative - $300
This ACCESSORY is produced after the wedding.  Audio of the bride and groom are captured as they watch their wedding video and reflect back on the events of their special day.
 
Special Messages—$200.00
On camera interviews with the key people of the day (bridal party, parents, grandparents, special friends, etc.)  We ask these important people to share a special story or memory of either the bride and/or groom.

Wedding Trailer - $150
A movie-trailer type opening that gives the viewer a hint of what is to come.  It is a fast-paced sequence that builds anticipation in the viewer to see the entire wedding video!

PAYMENT STRUCTURE
(All prices are subject to change prior to booking)

Visual Creations requires a $500 retainer fee to reserve the wedding/service date.  This fee is applied toward the  balance owed and is non-refundable if the wedding is cancelled by the client.  The retainer fee and a signed Production Agreement are required to reserve your date.  The Client may pay by credit card, cash, check, or money order payable to Visual Creations.  Visual Creations requires that the remaining balance due plus sales tax be paid 14 calendar days before the date reserved for video services.
