All photographs taken by Visual Creations are protected under copyright law and remain the intellectual property of Visual Creations as the photographer. Upon booking and completing a session, clients are granted a personal-use license to their final images. This license allows clients to print, share on personal social media, and display images for non-commercial purposes, such as sharing with family and friends.

Visual Creations retains the right to use images from sessions for portfolio display, including but not limited to social media, website content, and promotional materials. Images will not be sold to third parties or used for unauthorized commercial resale. By booking a photography session with Visual Creations, clients acknowledge and agree to this copyright and usage agreement.
